Description

Responsibilities would include, to name a few:

  • Attend to all screen related maintenance requests
  • Maintain a professional relationship with all clients belonging to the company
  • Attend to minor screen electrical faults
  • Attend to requests within an appropriate turnaround time i.e., 24 hours. Being readily available is important

Qualifications and experience:

  • Should be able to deal with prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders and/or scaffolding
  • Rope access
  • Must be able to articulate technical issues clearly over the phone and in writing
  • 8 years + experience in a technical/electrical related role previously
  • Matric qualification is an ideal requirement
  • Electrical qualification would be beneficial
  • Valid drivers license
