Summery:Our Client
***is looking for a
***Scaffolding and Formwork Sales Executive
***to form part of our sales team, with the ability to fit into the DNA of their company culture that is dynamic and embraces change. Apart from a contained and well-rounded person with excellent sales skills, he/she will be required to deal with complexity in the fast-paced environment of scaffolding and formwork manufacturing, sales and hiring. The person needs to be a self-starter with attention to detail and bring a positive energy to the work environment, with a willingness to excel in their role.

Requirements:
  • Internationally recognized or South African matric (Grade 12/NQF Level 5) or higher.
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in the scaffolding and formwork industry.
  • Valid certification as Scaffolding Inspector (optional).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when necessary.
  • Able to work overtime when necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of civil works engineering solutions and proven track record on large scale project.

Be able to show relevant experience in:

  • Scaffolding & formwork processes.
  • Manufacturing drawings

  • Good written and verbal communication (English)
  • Computer literacy with advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Responsibilities:


  • Supervise overseas operations
  • Develop technical presentations for prospective international clients and stakeholders (contractors, consultants, architects, etc.)
  • Prepare and review technical proposals, price analysis, official quotes & contracts
  • Determine pricing strategies for products and services based on competitors offerings and market conditions
  • Develop sales targets & strategies
  • Negotiate contracts with overseas clients/partners
  • Prepare business cases (projectbased)
  • Manage client relationships and ensure overseas clients satisfaction
  • Prepare reports on overseas sales performance
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle (creating a strong relationship with potential clients, developing sales strategies, and handling aftersales issues).

Working Hours:

07h30 16h30, Monday to Friday
