Master's degree in Commerce / HR / Communications / ICT or relevant field

10+ years in HR or corporate services or corporate support services environment of which 5 years must be at senior management or senior consultancy level

Strategic planning and governance - provide input as well as review activities, develop plans, enhance systems, implement controls, ensure reports are accurate, participate in management forums, facilitate communication and manage audits
***:

Develop/implement strategies, policies/procedures
  • Develop/oversee plans/policies/procedures, spearhead HCM function, lead effective records system, oversee ICT function, drive the company brand and ensure implementation of QMS
***:
-
Regulatory framework and policy management - align and implement strategies / policies / procedures, manage service delivery plans and ensure compliance
***:
-
Initiate, manage and evaluate corporate services projects - identify viable and implement initiatives, envision / deliver technology solutions, monitor programmes, identify / mitigate risks and analyse changes
***:

Resource optimisation
  • Develop customer focus culture, budget compilation, reporting, business improvement, unit performance, and drive staff engagements
***:

Build/manage team
  • Fill vacancies, HR requirements, allocate responsibilities, monitor and oversee performance and identify development needs

Corporate reporting - present and attend to queries

Strategic relationships
  • Build maintain relations, forum participation
