To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the contact centre or BPO industry recruiting for UK and USA markets
  • A strong knowledge of various recruiting methods and tools, such as databases, ATS, social media, job boards, etc.
  • A high level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with a neutral accent
  • A first language English in high school or equivalent qualification
  • A keen eye for detail and quality
  • A positive and professional attitude
  • A willingness to learn and grow

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
R10, R15,000.00 per month
