Description
1-2 years of experience working in the financial services and/or lending industry (Someone who has just finished their articles).

  • Honours degree in finance
  • Preferred: CA(SA) / ACCA / CIMA

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuous finance training |upskilling of team members, new and existing.
  • Assistance and guidance to the Ops team
  • Demonstrated commercial awareness, with experience in engaging with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of lending products and practices.
  • Solid understanding of the credit life cycle (up to and including collections).
  • Ability to thrive in an everchanging environment.
  • Must have a passion for training and mentoring of team members.
  • Strong analytical skills (data analyses).
  • Very strong numerical ability.
  • Strong communication and people skill
  • Excellent excel skills (pivots, lookups).

Salary:
R60, R70,000.00 per month
