Experience in retail management:
Look for someone who has previous experience managing a retail store.

They should be able to handle the day-to-day operations of the shop, including managing employees, cash handling, and inventory management.

Strong organizational skills:
The manager should be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. They will need to keep track of staff schedules, event details, and inventory levels.

Effective communication:
The manager should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

They will need to communicate with staff, customers, and event organizers, as well as work closely with the design team to plan promotions and sales.

Leadership skills:
The manager should be able to motivate and lead a team effectively. They should be able to delegate tasks and provide guidance and support to their employees.

Knowledge of vaping products:
It would be beneficial if the manager has knowledge of vaping products, including hardware and e-liquids. They should be able to answer customer questions and make recommendations.

Event planning experience:
Someone who has experience planning and running events.

They should be able to source events and negotiate contracts, as well as coordinate staffing and manage the event logistics.

Attention to detail:
The manager should be detail-oriented and able to spot issues before they become problems. They will need to keep track of inventory levels.

Passion for the industry:
