Property Sales Manager


The primary purpose of this role is to play a pivotal part in propelling business growth by increasing the number of property listings and property sales and grow our market share.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, building and managing a sales team and ensuring the achievement of specific targets.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor team results and key performance indicators (KPIs), recommending measures if needed.
  • Underwrite property prices and do desktop property evaluations.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase property sales.
  • Build and manage a highperforming sales team to achieve specific targets.
  • Set clear performance targets, and provide ongoing coaching, and feedback to the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimisation strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and team achievements for senior management.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key industry partners.
  • Motivate and coach the sales team to consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Participate in the hiring and training of new sales team members.
  • Ensure the CRM system is kept uptodate and relevant information is included as per procedures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate feedback on various companydriven projects and initiatives.
  • Oversee effective execution of job responsibilities by the sales team.
  • Execute and monitor the performance of agents, ensuring targets are exceeded for growth and profitability.
  • Create and maintain a framework for customer service improvement across the business.
  • Act as cover for team members when required due to the size of the team.
  • Manage cash flow and minimise deposits in all our property acquisitions.
  • Ensure a high standard in customer service and effectively handle customer complaints.
  • Travel if needed to set up and train teams at satellite branches.
Desired Experience & Qualification

  • 3 years of experience in sales management and real estate.
  • Strong experience in building and maintaining business relationships, with a demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team.
  • Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience with sales software and industry best practices.
  • Experience with lead generation techniques and strategies.
