Role and responsibilities:

Working within the team located in Rosslyn
Facilitate and maintain the Network Systems
Propose and review system design and evaluate alternatives
Troubleshooting, Routing and Switching knowledge potential in network LAN, WLAN, WAN environments working with common development tools used.
Extensive experience working with Cisco Network Equipment.
Action and resolve tickets (PIC Management Process)
The capability to work together with local and international colleagues / teams or HQ
Action and resolve IM (Incident Management) tickets
Action and resolve CIM (Critical Incident Management) tickets as required
Raise and lead tasks PM (Problem Management) tickets as identified
Action and coordinate CM (Change Management) tasks and tickets as required
Assist user departments in drafting system requirement documentation based on business processes
Assist with access to Rosslyn Datacenters & escort suppliers
Project Management
Supplier Management
ACI Architecture & Operations
Nexus NXOS
Data Centre Networks and experience
Routing & Switching (including WLAN) and Firewall experience
Good knowledge in Stable Net, Configuration Management Database, ADGR. ACSL, Cisco Prime Infrastructure, TUFIN Administration (IP and Port Access Management)
Business Continuity Management (BCM)
Release Planning
System Monitoring
Technical Continuity Management (TCM)
End of Life planning and replacement
Work with JIRA and Confluence
