Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation of the overall recruitment strategy
- Advertising job adverts on various online platforms
- Track recruitment KPI's and reporting (i.e. time to hire, source of hire, time to fill)
- Effective coordination of the full recruitment cycle.
- Social media championing for talent acquisition, using online and offline channels to identify and build a dialogue with the talent (careers page, online social media, events)
- Promote the company's reputation as "best place to work"
Requirements:
- Minimum 23years proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Internal Recruiter, Agency Recruiter or similar role.
- Familiarity with career websites such as PNet, Careers24, Indeed and Linkedin
- Ability to work in a fast paced and continuously changing environment
- Strong computer skills, including experience working with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with all organizational roles
- Strong decisionmaking skills
- Commercial awareness
- Organisational skills
- Teamworking skills
