    Description

    Financial Manager for Supply Chain Operations

    The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the financial aspects of our organization's supply chain operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all financial functions for two manufacturing/supply chain sites, ensuring alignment with our broader global strategy.
    • Provide financial leadership, reporting, and strategic insight to drive profitability and efficiency within the supply chain.
    • Collaborate closely with operations teams to streamline processes, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation.
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
    • Lead financial planning and control activities, including cash flow management, cost controls, and inventory accounting.
    • Manage financial audits, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies across both sites.
    • Partner with senior management to provide financial insights that support decision-making, growth, and operational improvements.
    • Mentor and lead a small team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Finance Manager within a multinational manufacturing or supply chain environment.
    • Strong hands-on approach, with the ability to work across multiple sites and engage directly with operational teams.
    • Solid understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and supply chain finance principles.
    • Exceptional analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CA(SA) or CIMA qualification is highly preferred.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
    • Proficiency in financial software and SAP.

    Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
