    Main Purpose of Job

    The primary purpose of this position is to provide high-quality patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure that all patients receive the best possible care and support throughout their stay with us.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Deliver Quality Patient Care
      • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
    2. Patient Safety
      • Identify potential risks and take proactive measures to prevent harm to patients.
    3. Positive Patient Experience
      • Create a supportive and welcoming environment that promotes patient well-being and satisfaction.
    4. Accurate Record Keeping
      • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care interventions and treatments.
    5. Staff Development
      • Contribute to the ongoing education and development of staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    6. Equipment and Supply Management
      • Efficiently manage stock and equipment to ensure optimal resource utilization.

    Required Education and Qualifications

    Essential Education: A degree or diploma in General Nursing is required.

    Desired Education: Postgraduate qualifications in midwifery or relevant specialty areas are advantageous.

    Required Experience

    Essential Minimum Experience: None specified.

    Desired Experience: 1 year of post-graduate experience in a specialized unit would be beneficial.
