We are looking for an intelligent and creative individual to join the IDM team. IDM is growing quickly and needs a

Data & Optimization Analyst to support and enhance JustMoney and IDM's digital platforms.

Minimum requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience within the financial services or digital platform industries.
A university degree; preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer science, Engineering or Informatics.
Knowledge and experience with MS office suites, MSSQL, Azure, and Postgres SQL is advantageous.
Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, YellowFin, and SSRS will be advantageous.
Datadriven decision making
Experience in Financial Services or Retail industry or highgrowth businesses
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items and able to stay focused under pressure
Passionate about knowledge sharing

Key responsibilities:

Help drive efforts for continuous data accuracy and quality improvement
Maintain and develop automated reports and dashboards
Interact with external parties to manage the onboarding of new data vendors, integrations and analytics tools
Develop and automate key business metrics and KPIs for the various business units
Prioritise new adhoc report and data analytics requests and deliver accordingly
Present insights back to business stakeholders
Build data visualizations to improve access and visibility into the content from all key reports and our data in general
Be the translator between Business, Product, and the Data teams on data needs
