Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for human resources? Our client is seeking an
HR Assistant to support the HR Manager in various HR functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and generating reports.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HRrelated matters.
- Assist in organising employee engagement activities and events.
- Support compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an HR assistant or administrative role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS software.
- Understanding of compliance standards and regulations in the manufacturing industry.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.
