Description

TreasuryONE Technologies is rapidly expanding and offering a new position at our Support Desk.

Handling Second Level Technical support to both internal and external Treasury Systems Clients assisting with:

Resolving complex client queries
Analysing technical support issues
Importing client data
Modifying database and database dictionary
Designing custom screens
Setting up Custom Calculations
Creating reports
Assisting with connectivity project & thirdparty integrations (SFTP, API, Encryption, Certificate renewals / upgrades).

Treasury Management Systems supported for our valued clients includes:
Must have at least 2 years working experience in a Technical Support role preferably at a Fintech Company
Understanding of Treasury Management Systems and/or Treasury Operations will be beneficial
Experience in cloud-based solutions in terms of deployment and support
Previous experience working on H2H connections, SFTP/FTP, SWIFT, SQL, Crystal Reporting, Scripting
Understanding of technical protocols such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, SSO,SAML 2.0
