Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative for our outsourcing business, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and presenting tailored outsourcing solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Your primary focus will be on generating new leads, building strong relationships with prospects, and closing deals to contribute to the company's growth and success.
Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
- Research and analyze target markets to identify key decisionmakers and business opportunities.
Consultative Selling:
- Conduct indepth needs assessments and understand clients' pain points and challenges.
- Develop a deep understanding of our outsourcing services and how they align with the needs of potential clients.
- Provide consultative advice to prospects, offering effective solutions that showcase the benefits of outsourcing to their business.
3.* Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects, nurturing leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Create customized proposals that address client requirements and showcase the value of our outsourcing services.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation efforts and promotional activities.
Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings.
- Use market insights to identify new opportunities and continuously improve sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the outsourcing industry or related B2B services.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing business models and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
