- Resolve all after-sales related issues efficiently.
- Liaise closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
- Daily monitoring of stock levels to ensure compliance with relevant manufacturer requirements.
- Manage cash outstanding on a daily basis.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize aged stock.
- Conduct regular stock takes (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly) to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure that targets and profitability are consistently met.
- Foster an environment of customer satisfaction.
- Create and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Lead the team towards achieving a high-performance culture.
- Visit distributors, fleet owners, trade outlets, and shops to promote parts, accessories, and services.
- E nsure that company discount structures are accurately applied.
- Care for company property and optimize economic usage (e.g., company vehicles).
