Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Bookkeeper working up to trial balance
  • Pastel Partner and Sage One experience or relevant accounting software
  • CIPC experience would be beneficial but not a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with people of all ages


  • Working hours: Monday

  • Thursday: 08h00 17h00 (45min lunch) and Friday: 08h00 15h00 (30 min lunch)

Duties will be, but are not limited to:

  • Capturing and preparing accounts up to trail balance
- internal training will be provided for CIPC and secretarial duties

  • Assist with general administration (company files)
