The Night Auditor plays a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our hotel.

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to perform nightly audits of our front office accounting records.
This includes reviewing room revenue, occupancy percentages, and other key operating statistics to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Accurately summarizing and compiling financial information for daily reporting.
Tracking cash, cheque, and credit card transactions to reflect the hotel's financial performance.
Posting room charges and taxes to guest accounts in a timely manner.

Maturity certificate or equivalent qualification in hospitality.
2-3 years of experience in a night audit role, preferably in a similar industry setting.
Excellent numeracy skills, with proficiency in using spreadsheets and generating financial reports.
Familiarity with hotel management systems (HMS) such as Protel or Mews is advantageous.
Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills.
High level of integrity and trustworthiness, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Presentation and communication skills are essential for this role.
Interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and guests.

Full-time position with regular working hours.
