    Description

    We are seeking a Subpoena Administrator to join our client's team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for handling legal requests, ensuring compliance with subpoenas, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a corporate environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process and manage all incoming subpoenas, court orders, and legal requests in a timely manner.
    • Review and assess the validity of legal documents to ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
    • Coordinate with legal teams and business units to gather required information and data.
    • Prepare responses and ensure timely submission of requested documents to avoid any delays or complications.
    • Maintain accurate records of all subpoenas and related correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
    • Ensure confidentiality and data protection in handling sensitive information, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Provide reports and updates to management on subpoena-related matters, highlighting any challenges or successes.

    Requirements:

    • A relevant legal, paralegal, or administrative qualification is advantageous, but not necessary.
    • Experience in handling subpoenas, legal documentation, or compliance processes within a financial institution or corporate environment is essential.
    • Strong understanding of legal procedures and regulatory requirements related to subpoenas, including knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with various teams and individuals.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal documentation systems, including the ability to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

    This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
