    Position: E-commerce Inbound Manager

    Our client is looking for a dynamic E-commerce Inbound Manager to join their team in the Midrand area.

    Overall Job Description:

    Our client's e-commerce division has experienced significant growth in recent years, fostering a fast-paced, innovative, and performance-driven environment. They are currently seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented E-commerce Inbound Manager to join their team in the Midrand warehouse.

    The ideal candidate will be quality-focused, solution-oriented, and possess experience in process management, warehousing, supply chain management, and/or logistics, preferably within an e-commerce context. This role is well-suited for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, readily adapt to changing market dynamics, and exhibit a passion for process management, efficiency, and product quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small to medium-sized team of warehouse staff.

    Key requirements for the position include a:

    • tertiary qualification in relevant fields such as supply chain management, logistics, engineering, or project management
    • minimum of three years' experience in production, supply chain management, logistics, or e-commerce.
    • demonstrated experience in staff management, a target-oriented mindset
    • the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail are essential.
    • Fluency in Afrikaans, exceptional communication skills, and a creative problem-solving approach are critical assets for this role.

    The E-commerce Inbound Manager will:

    • oversee stock inbound processes
    • conduct incoming inspections
    • monitor product quality and cold chain integrity
    • coordinate stock control operations
    • manage the warehouse team and inbound drivers
    • liaise with the procurement team
    • develop and implement standard operating procedures
    • drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    Salary: R28 000-R30 000 CTC per month.
