    Description

    Our client based in Paarl on a beautiful exotic Retreat & Wellness Spa they are looking for a well presentable individual to join their team.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to involvement with the following undertakings:
    Administration
    Accurately book, change and cancel bookings.
    Utilise computers with skill and proficiency.
    Accurately issue invoices, handle payments and do cash ups.

    Keep record of business transactions by registering new guests; receive payments from guests and provide guidance to guests on the procedures at the retreat.

    Perform administrative and clerical duties, such as opening and distributing mail, filing, data entry and the preparation of letters and documents.

    Marketing
    Answer the phone professionally, promptly and provide relevant information in an easy, relaxed and clear manner.
    Actively promote the retreat.
    Client liaison
    Acknowledge, welcome and greet guests who enter and leave the facility.
    Handle guests' questions, concerns and complaints professionally and courteously.
    Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
    Receive customer complaints and feedback and handle where possible or direct complaints to the spa manageress or executive.
    Attributes and Qualities
    Honesty, integrity and loyalty are key attributes. Epitomise wellness. Fluent in English and any other language is a bonus.
    Excellent communication skills needed for effective conversations with clients to promote the various spa services and retail products.
    Possess great people skills.
    Excellent phone etiquette.
    Possess strong computer skills and the ability to use MS office to process and store information.
    Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to successfully handle several assignments together.
    Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
    Professional attitude and appearance.
