Collections Agent - 108hr Flexi

Our Collections Call Centre is looking for a pool of assertive, energetic individuals interested in fulfilling the role of Collections Agents at our Head Office.

Your Key Performance outputs would include:

Telephonic liaison with customers regarding outstanding debt
Telephonically updating and capturing customer details
Negotiating with customers regarding payment arrangements
Achieving daily and monthly targets
Adhering to processes and procedures
Compliance with service levels in the department
To be computer literate (MS Word and Excel)
Excellent Communication Skills
Be able to type 15 wpm
To be customer focused
Excellent listening skills
Nonstudents
Able to work flexible hours between 07:00am 21:00pm
Have a minimum of 6 months working experience
Clear Credit record
Able to work any time of the day on short notice between 7am &9pm Mondays to Fridays and from 8am to 4pm on Saturdays
Own/Reliable transport from work at 9pm
