    We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to support our team at Global Policy Ltd. As our Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
    • Maintain and organize company files and documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
    • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
    • Coordinate office activities such as ordering office supplies, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and answering phone calls
    • Manage and update databases and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
    • Liaise with clients, partners, and other stakeholders on behalf of the company
    • Assist with event planning and coordination for company events and meetings
    • Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
    • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus
    • Knowledge of global policy issues is an asset
