BeBee Professionals is seeking a Commercial Litigator to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in a variety of commercial matters.
The ideal candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction, and have at least 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
The candidate should also have excellent research, writing, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The Commercial Litigator will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in a variety of commercial matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and other related matters.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and appearing in court on behalf of clients.
