Internal Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Internal Sales Representative. This is a full-time opportunity that will require the ability to work independently, think critically, and maintain excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer purchase orders and quarterly price updates.
Request and control documentation for export customers.
Approve sales orders and quotations.
Create pro forma invoices.
Update batch reports and client price masters on SAP.
Process credit and debit memos.
Handle pickings and repacking.
Manage the entire export process, including documentation and communication.
Back up for Reception and Operations Manager.
Generate sales reports, pending reports, and other reports as required by the team.
Conduct monthly stock takes.
Create new clients on SAP and convert prospective clients to SAP clients.
Assist Operations Manager with deliveries.
Support Production with blend sheets and labels on SAP.
Provide clients with COAs and other required documents.

Requirements:

Grade 12
Internal sales experience
Experience with export documentation
SAP experience
Excellent telephone manner

Salary Range:$60,000 - $80,000 per annum
