An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
Planning Administrator at
I&J, Cape Town Fishing, Waterfront, Cape Town.

The purpose of this role is to provide an office service by implementing administrative systems, procedures and administrating departmental projects.

Senior Maintenance Planner


Job Specification:


Key Performance Areas:


  • Provides Administrative Support to Project Manager and Vessel Superintendent
  • Record Keeping
  • Monitoring of Feedback and Workflow By
  • Assistance and Support
  • Stakeholder Relationships and Reporting

Minimum Requirements:


Experience:


  • Minimum 2 years' working knowledge of SAP PM
  • Minimum 2 years' Administration experience
  • Minimum 6 months Administration experience, preferably in the Fishing Industry

Qualifications:


  • Matric
  • Relevant certificate or qualification in Office Administration would be advantageous
