    This is a re-advertisement for the position of Branch Manager.

    Main Purpose of the Job:

    The main purpose of this job is to manage Seda branch operations and ensure effective delivery of services to small enterprises and cooperatives in line with Seda strategy and policies.

    Key Performance Areas:

    1. Manage Branch Operations
    2. Manage Branch Infrastructure
    3. Manage Stakeholder Relations within the Branch
    4. Manage Human Resources within the Branch
    5. Manage Financial and Risk within the Branch

    Required Minimum Qualification:

    1. Matric (NQF Level 4) and Bachelor's degree or BTech (NQF Level 7) in Economics/Business Administration/Project Management/Operations
    2. Honours degree or postgraduate diploma (NQF Level 8) will be an added advantage

    Required Minimum Work Experience:

    1. 6-8 years working experience, of which 3 – 5 years must have been in a management/business advisory position
    2. Experience in dealing with SMMEs
    3. Experience in interacting with stakeholders
    4. Operations Management Experience
