Requirements:

Clinical qualification and proof of registration with relevant governing body.
Registered as an Occupational Therapist (HPCSA)
Minimum 3 years working in a multidisciplinary team. Exceptional clinical skills and associated financial acumen for target achievement.
Minimum of 2 years of data analysis and reporting experience.
Exceptional clinical acumen
Decision making skills
Analytical and good problemsolving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Project management acumen
IT literate: fluent in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel intermediate or higher)
Excellent time management skills and problemsolving skills to be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

Role

Implementation of the goals and objectives to realize our overall strategic objectives.
Networking with external and internal stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction
Build and maintain long term strategic relationships
Supervise the development and refinement of educational and marketing content
Ensure quality data and assemble a library of case studies to highlight value of dpt services
Quality assurance of focus areas
Project management oversight of internal activity scheduling
Achieve financial targets as allocated and identify opportunities to maximise profitability
Demonstrate ongoing collaborative initiatives
