Description

We are a furniture removal company based in Killarney Gardens Cape Town, responsible for moving our clients personal effects, furniture and vehicles across the whole of South Africa.

We also provide storage for our clients.


We require a person who can take charge of the logistics team and oversee the logístical operations of the business.

To coordinate the smooth running of the services internally and with our Transport partners ensuring excellent customer service

Insuring delivery schedules and times are met.

To make sure all issues are addressed immediately and resolved to both the company and customers satisfaction.

Qualifications Requirements

  • Logistics Certificate
  • Industrial Certificate
  • Customer Service Certificate

  • Supervisory and management skills
  • Sales background
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Customer service
  • Building relationships with customers and transport partners
  • Good with systems
  • Good with processes implementation
  • Team training
  • Identifying root causes and corrective action implementation
Experience
- +5 years of experience

Additional

  • Kaizen, 5s, 6 Sigma experience will be an advantage

Salary:
R15,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cape Town,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
