Description
Duties

  • Create and communicate action plans to the customer.
  • Research accounts website and provides analysis to expand the business.
  • Monitor your Top accounts with proactive followups on their orders.
  • Work with Production & Operation Managers for high engagement and involvement when necessary.

Requirements:


  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative


  • Grade 1

  • Tech Savvy / Proficient in MS Office suites.
  • Superb analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Set goals to achieve work objectives, daily & weekly.
  • Multi-Tasking, Time Management, and Organizational Skills.
  • Take Self Initiative.
  • Interpersonal skills and Account Management experience required (At least 2+ years).
  • Strong followup and followthrough skills.
  • Knowledge of basic order entry sales processes and ordering processing procedures.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to follow up effectively with direct accounts.
  • Bilingual a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Motivated and committed to meeting and exceeding our customer's expectations.

Salary:
R10,000.00 per month
