Duties

Create and communicate action plans to the customer.
Research accounts website and provides analysis to expand the business.
Monitor your Top accounts with proactive followups on their orders.
Work with Production & Operation Managers for high engagement and involvement when necessary.

Requirements:

Grade 1

Tech Savvy / Proficient in MS Office suites.
Superb analytical and critical thinking skills.
Set goals to achieve work objectives, daily & weekly.
Multi-Tasking, Time Management, and Organizational Skills.
Take Self Initiative.
Interpersonal skills and Account Management experience required (At least 2+ years).
Strong followup and followthrough skills.
Knowledge of basic order entry sales processes and ordering processing procedures.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to follow up effectively with direct accounts.
Bilingual a plus, but not mandatory.
Motivated and committed to meeting and exceeding our customer's expectations.

Salary:
R10,000.00 per month
