Description
Duties- Create and communicate action plans to the customer.
- Research accounts website and provides analysis to expand the business.
- Monitor your Top accounts with proactive followups on their orders.
- Work with Production & Operation Managers for high engagement and involvement when necessary.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative
- Grade 1
- Tech Savvy / Proficient in MS Office suites.
- Superb analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Set goals to achieve work objectives, daily & weekly.
- Multi-Tasking, Time Management, and Organizational Skills.
- Take Self Initiative.
- Interpersonal skills and Account Management experience required (At least 2+ years).
- Strong followup and followthrough skills.
- Knowledge of basic order entry sales processes and ordering processing procedures.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to follow up effectively with direct accounts.
- Bilingual a plus, but not mandatory.
- Motivated and committed to meeting and exceeding our customer's expectations.
Salary:
R10,000.00 per month
