Responsibilities
- Collaborate with relevant departments during the recruitment process.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill vacant positions.
- Assessing applicant knowledge, skills, and experience concerning vacant positions.
- Completing contracts and paperwork for new hires.
- Promoting the company's internal culture, reputation, and attractiveness as an employer.
- Keeping up to date with company processes.
- Providing recruitment reports to the Lead Recruiter and company CEO.
Skills Needed
- Excellent command of the English language in writing, reading, and speaking.
- Being comfortable conducting interviews and meetings remotely.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and Google Sheets and Documents.
- Knowledge of serverbased applicant tracking systems.
- Proficient with social media platforms.
- Experience in recruiting or human resources.
- Degree in Human Resources or related fields will be a bonus.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
Required Experience
- 3+ years experience in the recruitment field.
- 2+ years experience as a senior recruiter.
- 2+ years experience working in international and/or remote recruitment.
Salary:
R9, R32,153.19 per month
