Butchery Shop Manager - JHB East Region
National Retailer seeks to appoint an experienced Butchery Shop Manager at one of their outlets in the JHB East Region.
The primary purpose of this role will be to maintain a well-run butchery, manage the stock levels, budgets and staff.
Minimum Requirements:
- A Matric Certificate
- A Butchery / Blockman qualification
- Previous Management experience within the meat industry
Duties will include:
- Perform people management functions
- Ensure client satisfaction of all customers
- Ensure product and stock availability through effective planning
- Take responsibility for all quality control activities
- Stock management functions
- Manage all hygiene and safety activities
- Conduct various ad hoc responsibilities to assist the Team
