Are you a customer-focused individual with a passion for the printing industry? Minuteman Press Strijdom Park is looking for a dynamic Counter Sales Representative to join our team.

If you have excellent customer service skills, the ability to handle walk-in and phone inquiries, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the printing industry, we want to hear from you


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist customers who visit or call the store, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product information and advice.
  • Prepare quotations and estimates based on customer specifications.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the printing industry.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of printing products and services, including digital and offset printing, business cards, flyers, and promotional materials.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and multitask in a fastpaced environment.

Experience:

- printing: 2 years (required)


  • Sales: 2 years (preferred)
  • CorelDraw: 1 year (preferred)
