Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage stock and maintain a safe and organized environment to ensure efficient operations
2. Follow through on breakdown issuing and ordering, expediting orders when necessary
3. Provide after-hours standby for breakdowns and manage documentation flow in and out of the warehouse
4. Maintain health and safety standards in the warehouse and control personal protective equipment (PPE)
5. Identify training needs of staff and conduct stock counts/cycle counts
6. Manage consumable items, including regional distribution of equipment
7. Maintain accurate filing systems and adhere to quality assurance (QA) processes
8. Identify failing processes and develop new processes to eliminate non-conforming ones
9. Perform additional duties as needed to ensure successful operation of the company

Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of managing stock and inventory control
2. Excellent problem-solving and time management skills

Education:

1. Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
