Description
As an End User Computing Desktop Technician, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing desktop computers. You will provide support to our customers by resolving issues related to hardware and software. You should have experience with latest versions of Microsoft Windows, Office, OneDrive and SharePoint.

Requirements:

Troubleshoots hardware and software issues
Execute basic maintenance on a specific piece of hardware or software
Perform simple troubleshooting operations

Experience

Preferably 35 Years IT End User Support experience
Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems experience
Windows 10 and Windows 1
MS-Office versions (Office 2010, 2013, 2016, and O365)
Computer hardware and software troubleshooting skills
Microsoft System Centre 201
Effective Management of IT hardware and IT environment

Active Directory

Creating users and password resets
Java installs and configuration
Good Telephonic user support
Good PC imaging and build skills
Fast thinker and good communication skills

Qualifications

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to complete any tasks with ease
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field required
Must have two years of experience as a desktop technician with handson experience installing and configuring Windows Operating Systems
Must have three years of recent experience as a Desktop Technician in an office environment, such as a computer store or IT department
Tertiary education and relevant technology courses attended (MCSE, A+ and N+ will be an advantage)
