    Description

    Job Title: Global Talent Recruitment and Configuration

    The ideal candidate will lead our marketing strategy, execute campaigns, evaluate performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. A strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail is required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Brand Management:
      • Create and implement the Geely brand strategy in South Africa.
      • Manage and ensure qualified suppliers, digital agencies, advertising agencies, influencers, and media support the Geely brand.
      • Plan, manage, organize, and execute events, especially the launching event in 2024.
      • Develop a proper positioning for Geely in the South Africa market.
    • Marketing:
      • Develop an annual marketing plan, analyze and update market and industry information of South Africa automotive.
      • Define target markets for different segments and portfolios, explore and gain insights into market opportunities.
      • Design and implement promotion strategies and customer loyalty programs.
      • Manage budgets and work equipment.
      • Homologate images and process controls.
    • Digital:
      • Create and implement a brand CRM system.
      • Develop strategies to increase conversion rates in digital sales through the Geely distributor network.
      • Create a dashboard to consult results of leads by distributor and national level.
      • Analyze ROI by digital channel.
      • Lead the "digital transformation" project in business processes at Geely distributors.
      • Update Geely SA using design thinking methodology.
      • Implement automatic bots on the website.
      • Implement surveys through WhatsApp API.
      • Achieve implementation of green check in WhatsApp API.
      • Plan and develop online car purchase processes.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 5 years of work experience in auto communication.
    • Motivated by achieving goals under high pressure.
    • Proficient in English as a working language.
