ICT & Project Manager _
Purpose of the Role:
_To lead technicians and administrators to attend to all projects from project initiation to project close-out phase. In addition to providing managerial support to the team and Director._
Team management
- Assigned to ensure that staff assigned meets the established performance criteria and that calls are handled according to the centre's performance standards of quality.
- The goal of this position is to ensure consistent productivity and quality of service levels of the team.
- Under the direction of the Director, provides guidance/training to the team.
- Implements strategies designed to increase productivity and reach business and team objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Assists with / resolves complex customer queries.
- Identifies recommends department plans and procedures.
- Ensure is trained in and possesses the latest knowledge/skills
- Tracks, develops, reports and makes recommendations regarding the operation.
- Provides ongoing training to the team, including conducting team meetings.
- Builds and maintains team rapport.
- Assists in strategy development, and tracks and reports company performance to ensure the company objectives are met.
- Assesses customer satisfaction and develops/implements procedures for improvement
- Recommends changes to daily and monthly operational objectives
Project Management
- Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Participate on a team designing, building and/or testing infrastructure and cloud infrastructurefocused solutions.
- Implementation of
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Conduct internal handover and closure meetings of completed projects.
- Work with the Professional Services team in implementing and installing infrastructure upgrades/refreshes.
- Provide project implementation support on site and/or via remote access.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Manage project communication with the client and all relevant stakeholders.
- Perform risk identification and control to minimize project risks
Key Technologies we work with:
ICT Support
- Experience in Delivery of highquality onsite & remote support on a range of technical incidents and problems across the client base.
- PC troubleshoot, Office 356, VoIP, Internet & Printers
Cloud Hosted Server
- Migrating on Premise server to Cloud VM server Azure/Xneelo/AWS/Google Engine
Salesforce CRM Development
- Configuration, design, functionality, and enduser support of the Salesforce platform.
Mobile App Development
- Experience working with iOS & Android Mobile Application technologies.
- Guide the development team on the client's needs for App development
- Propose project plans to fulfil App development requests
Website Development
- Guide the development team on the client's needs for Website development
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- A diploma or Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the IT sector
- Experience in training on various tech platforms
- Patience and ability to train and support clients with a wide range of technical competencies
- Experience in cloud technology platforms
- Basic understanding or previous experience with Salesforce
- Being comfortable with technology including software and databases
- Drivers license
