    Description

    Project Director

    We are seeking a visionary leader and subject matter expert to drive the strategic implementation and operational excellence of our pharmaceutical systems and supply chain strengthening program.

    The Project Director will have full accountability for program success, leading a diverse team to deliver impactful results in alignment with USAID goals, contractual requirements, and MSH standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Set the strategic vision for the program, ensuring adherence to technical standards and excellence in all program areas.
    • Effectively manage the program in compliance with contract requirements, MSH, and donor policies, guidelines, and SOPs.
    • Manage relationships with partners and ensure their adherence to contractual obligations and provision of quality technical deliverables.
    • Oversee the execution of the project's results framework, technical strategy, M&E plan, and annual project work plans per contract requirements.

    Requirements

    • A master's degree or higher in public health, supply chain management, pharmacy, or a related field.
    • At least 15 years of demonstrated professional experience in the management or implementation of international development activities.
    • Demonstrated technical expertise in and across supply chain management, pharmaceutical management, or cross-cutting systems strengthening activities in South Africa.

    Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
