    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Application Training Specialist for Pressure Injury Prevention to join our team. As a key member of our ultra-personnel team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through clinical education, assessment services, and ward rounds.

    In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for:

    * Providing clinical training to end-users on pressure injury prevention and therapeutic mattress usage*

    * Conducting daily ward rounds in public facilities to identify areas requiring training*

    * Coordinating and providing product training to end-users across all shifts*

    * Resolving customer complaints in a timely manner*

    * Collaborating with the Service team to handle repairs and maintain effective territory coverage*

    * Documenting hospital database and install base of therapeutic mattresses*

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • BSc degree or nursing qualification
    • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a clinical healthcare environment
    • Clinical practitioner in the field of nursing or similar
    • Prior training experience an advantage
    • Strong clinical knowledge and basic computer literacy skills in MS Excel and Outlook
    • Valid driver's license (Code 08/EB) and own transport
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Fluent in African language an advantage
