CRITICAL OUTPUTS

  • Organize and maintain executive diaries, schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, etc.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings / workshops / conferences.
  • Compile documents, conduct research on relevant topics, analyse management reports.
  • Assist to compile and distribute MANCO and Business Committee meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Review and approve relevant supplier requisitions.
  • Assist Executive Assistant to manage petty cash and sundries.
  • Any adhoc duties as and when required within the scope of the position, incl, refreshments for meetings, front reception, company communication etc.
  • Support the CEO's Executive Assistant as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 1
  • Relevant qualification will be advantageous.
  • 12 years of experience in a similar role
  • Advanced computer proficiency (MS Office) and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Basic project planning and time management proficiency.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint will be advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proactive with a cando attitude and ability to work under pressure
