    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Chef to join our team.



    • A minimum of a Matric (Grade 12) qualification is required, as this provides the necessary foundation for success in this role.

    • You will need to have reliable transportation to and from work, ensuring you are able to attend all scheduled shifts.

    • In your previous experience, you should have worked in high-volume production kitchens where large batches of dishes were prepared under tight deadlines.

    • The ability to follow standardized recipes precisely is crucial in maintaining consistent quality and presentation across all menu items. Your attention to detail will be essential in achieving these standards consistently.

    • You must also possess a strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (HACCP/SALSA), with the skills needed to maintain compliance at all times.


    Our ideal candidate has excellent teamwork and communication skills which enables them coordination with various teams such as production distribution & technical units.
