    We are seeking an accomplished Warehouse and Distribution Operations Manager to join our organisation in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a leading supplier of food, cleaning and packing solutions for the hospitality industry, this role requires exceptional leadership and management skills to oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Manage a team of 60-80 staff members, including drivers, administrators, production, telesales, and general workers.
    • Ensure stock management and health and safety compliance.
    • Maintain company standards, procedures, and processes for high-quality food manufacturing.
    • Plan production schedules to achieve daily targets.
    • Liaise with sales staff to develop strategies for new or seasonal products.
    • Ensure food production equipment is operational and well-maintained.
    • Plan, load, and manage all orders for distribution.
    • Prepare and submit reports on food production and logistics.
    • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal storage conditions.
