    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Network Systems Administrator to manage and maintain our clients' computer systems and networks across 10 branches. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technical expert to showcase their skills in optimizing system functionality and minimizing downtime.

    Responsibilities

    • Setup and configuration of workstations, including computers, routers, printers, and other peripherals.
    • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, performing repairs or replacements when necessary.
    • Ensure proper functioning of computer hardware such as monitors, keyboards, and mice.
    • Install and configure software and applications according to our needs.
    • Provide basic network troubleshooting and assist in maintaining network performance.
    • Optimize IT systems and networks to ensure efficient operations.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar IT support role.
    • Certifications: CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA A+
    • Basic programming skills in C# and VB.Net.
    • Experience with Pastel Evolution accounting software.
    • Knowledge of SQL-based CRM systems (advantageous).
    • Experience in creating reports using Power BI.
    • Proficiency in SharePoint and OneDrive.
    • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
    • Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.

    What We Offer

    • R20 – 25 000 CTC per month.
    • A guaranteed 13th cheque.
