    • X Plan Experience: Preferably familiar with X Plan software, enabling efficient handling of client service tasks.
    • Comprehensive Skills: Proficient in various aspects of client service operations, including claims processing, withdrawals, investment switches, policy services, beneficiary changes, new investments, and life assurance applications.
    • Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
    • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
    • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all client service transactions.

    • Handling all aspects of policy services, including debit orders, address changes, cessions, withdrawals, surrenders, beneficiary nominations, and claims processing.
    • Providing exceptional client service and support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
    • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of client service activities.
    • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
