    Description

    Job Summary

    A highly skilled IT professional with a background in quality assurance and testing is required to lead our QA activities across multiple teams. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in test strategy design, test plan management, and mentoring/coaching of team members.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the planning, execution, reporting, and successful completion of QA activities for new development cycles.
    • Contribute to Agile-related user story review meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to understand application functionality.
    • Design and implement end-to-end test scenarios, debug, and define corrective actions.
    • Perform risk analysis, record test progress, and document results.
    • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
    • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
    • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
    • Design, develop, code, and execute automation scripts.
    • Identify, record, document, and track bugs, and develop testing processes for new and existing products.
    • Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
    • ISTQB Agile Foundation certification (Advanced preferred).
    • 4+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing.
    • Mentoring and coaching experience.
    • Bootcamp training in Agile and DevOps.
    • Experience in Test Analysis and Design.
    • Exposure to Test Driven Development (TDD) advantageous.
    • Experience in Behaviour Driven Development (BDD).
    • Exposure within a continuous delivery model preferred.
    • Experience in NFT (Performance, load, stress).
