    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team as a Diesel Engine Specialist. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our agricultural equipment.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain and repair complex diesel engines and mechanical systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
    • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
    • Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure seamless execution of maintenance and repair operations.
    • Develop and implement effective solutions to optimize engine performance and reduce downtime.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical advancements and industry best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

    Requirements

    • At least 5 years of experience as a qualified diesel mechanic, with a strong background in agricultural equipment maintenance.
    • Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and repairing complex diesel engine issues.
    • Solid understanding of mechanical systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
