Our client, a beautiful lifestyle estate, just outside Franschoek, requires the services of a passionate restaurant manager.Minimum requirements
- At least 3 years' experience as restaurant manager
- Grade 12 is essential
- Relevant qualification
- Afrikaans and English speaking
- Must be available to work weekends/evenings as well as public holidays (hospitality hours)
- Own transport
- Client services experience is essential
- Able to work under pressure
- Managing staff
- Liaise between FOH and BOH where needed
- Focus on best guest experience
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Franschhoek,
Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- High School (matric) (required)
Experience:
- Restaurant management: 3 years (required)
