    Description

    Job Title: Technical Product Developer

    Job Summary

    A challenging opportunity for a Technical Product Developer to join our team at csg-recruit. We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a degree in a relevant scientific field and significant experience in technical product development.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop new food products using scientific and technological advancements.
    • Conduct sensory evaluations, shelf-life/stress testing, and ensure product performance meets specifications.
    • Formulate and test food products from concept to market launch.

    Requirements

    • BSc/BEng or Masters degree in Food Science, Engineering, Packaging Science, Chemistry, Physics, or related field.
    • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Technical Product Development.
    • Experience in value-added bakery and/or emulsions is preferred.
    • Understanding of food safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Deep understanding of raw material interactions, functional ingredients, and food processing techniques.

    Additional Requirements

    • Candidates must be able to travel internationally for business purposes.
    • Familiarity with HACCP and GMP protocols is an advantage.
