Job summary
As the Senior Bids & Procurement Manager you will be responsible for research and finding new projects from various private and public sector sources developing responsibility matrix for bids assigning responsibilities and conducting technical bid kick-off sessions managing tracking proposal delivery schedule preparing technical queries responding technical queries raised by clients engaging building relationship with suppliers coordinating financial offer pricing compiling reviewing team documentation liaising third parties internal divisions establishing overall index review it with other stakeholders attending briefing meetings assisting bids coordinator responding to clarification requests registering managing bid submission portals supporting business KPIs managing supplier portals ensuring company compliance.
