Internal Audit Manager - Cape Town CBD - R R
The internal audit manager reports to the CFO.

Job Experience:

years in audit, a minimum of 3 years which is in internal audit.

Experience in leading/managing an internal audit team.
Experience across a broad range of audit areas including operations and financial audits.
Experience in IT audit. (Desirable)
Experience in insurance company audit. (Desirable)

Qualification:

CA(SA) or Certified Internal Auditor (SA) (nonnegotiable)
IT Risk and audit certification (Desirable)
Risk management certification (Desirable)
Risk modelling (Desirable) Jobrelated knowledge
Advanced knowledge of the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and the Code of Ethics of the Institute of Internal Auditors South Africa (IIA SA).
Knowledge of IFRS.
Knowledge of the statutory environment of an insurance company. (Desirable)
Knowledge of King IV and other governance principles.
Knowledge of Risk Management.
Understanding of IT risk, best practice governance processes and controls.
Knowledge of data management frameworks.
Ability to analyse big data.
